Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy.

-If you request a return within 7 days of delivery and your return request has been approved, we will issue a refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges) to the original form of payment. Expedited shipping charges paid to the carrier are non-refundable.
-If you request a return after 7 days but within 14 days of delivery, we will provide store credit for the items that you would like to return (in new, unused, undamaged condition) less return shipping cost (that will be calculated upon approval).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we are unable to process a refund, exchange or offer store credit. If the packaging is damaged or missing, we are unable to process a refund, exchange or offer store credit. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@iforesea.com.Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package.

Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shippingThe cost of return shipping will be calculated upon approval and will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.


Damages and issues

If the items from your order arrive damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the shipping box, the damaged item and a description of the damage to contact@iforesea.com within 2 days of delivery. 

To return a damaged item, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are returned without the original packaging do not qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Upon receipt of the return, if the manufacturer indicates that the item was damaged due to poor handling (not manufacturer malfunction), we are unable to accept the return.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Sale items. Items that are purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned. 
- Newborn items such as feeding bottles, bassinets, Moses baskets, cribs, sheets and blankets. 
- Pacifiers and bottles
- Holiday specific items, including Christmas decorations and Easter decorations and accessories. 
- Large and heavy items as noted on the product page
- Furniture
- Bulky items like Doll Prams, Play Kitchens, Drewart Vehicles, Dollhouse, Beach Tents, etc. Each product will have a non-returnable disclaimer in the product description
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software products  
- Gift-wrapping charges

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processes. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
